What We Collect
When you enter a draw or purchase tickets, we collect your name, email address, state and (for paid draws) phone number. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card information.
How We Use It
- To process your entry and contact you if you win
- To transfer prize money to your bank account (winners only)
- To send you updates about future draws — only if you opted in
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your data. We share it only with Stripe (payments) and Netlify (form storage), both of whom handle it securely. Winners' first name and state may be published on our social media after a draw.
Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time. To unsubscribe from marketing emails, click the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
