2. Eligibility
- Competitions are open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only.
- Employees of Lucky Ducky Prizes Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- Entrants must have a valid Australian residential address to claim any prize.
- By entering, you confirm you meet the eligibility requirements.
3. How to Enter
Free Launch Draw:
- Follow Lucky Ducky Prizes on at least one of our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram or TikTok).
- Like the draw post on any of our social platforms.
- Tag 3 friends in the comments of the draw post.
- Complete the entry registration form at luckyduckyprizes.com.au.
- All four steps must be completed for the entry to be valid.
Paid Draws (e.g. $10,000 Getaway Package Draw):
- Purchase one or more raffle tickets via the entry page at luckyduckyprizes.com.au/enter.
- Provide your full name, email address and phone number at the time of purchase.
- Payment must be completed successfully for the entry to be valid.
- Each ticket purchased constitutes one entry into the relevant draw.
4. Draw Process
- All draws are conducted live on Lucky Ducky Prizes' social media platforms (Facebook and/or Instagram) using Wheel of Names (wheelofnames.com), a publicly available random selection tool.
- The draw is fully transparent — all registered entrants' names are entered into the wheel and the selection is made live on camera with no editing or post-production.
- The draw date will be announced on our social media platforms. Lucky Ducky Prizes reserves the right to extend or change the draw date.
- The result will be published on our social media accounts following the live draw.
5. Winner Notification
- Winners will be contacted by phone or email using the details provided at the time of entry, within 48 hours of the draw.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the initial notification attempt, Lucky Ducky Prizes reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.
- Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before the prize is awarded.
- Winners consent to their first name and state/territory being published on our social media platforms.
6. Prizes
Free Launch Draw:
- Three (3) winners will each receive $500 AUD transferred directly to their nominated Australian bank account.
- Total prize pool: $1,500 AUD.
$10,000 Getaway Package Draw:
- One (1) winner will receive: return flights for two from any major Australian city; two nights accommodation at a 5-star hotel in the winner's chosen Australian city; dinner for two at a signature hotel restaurant; a couples spa treatment; and $2,500 AUD transferred directly to their nominated Australian bank account.
- Flights and accommodation are subject to availability and must be booked through Lucky Ducky Prizes. Travel dates are subject to availability and must be taken within 12 months of the draw date.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (except the cash component).
Lucky Ducky Prizes reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
7. Refunds
- Ticket purchases for paid draws are non-refundable once the draw has taken place.
- If a draw is cancelled prior to taking place, all ticket purchasers will receive a full refund.
- Refund requests prior to the draw date will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected].
8. Trade Promotion
These competitions are conducted as trade promotions under applicable Australian state and territory legislation. They are not lotteries. The promoter holds permits where required by law. Entry into the competition is free for the Free Launch Draw. For paid draws, the payment is for the purchase of raffle tickets, not for entry into a lottery.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Lucky Ducky Prizes Pty Ltd is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by entrants or winners in connection with these competitions or any prizes awarded.
- Lucky Ducky Prizes is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries.
- Lucky Ducky Prizes reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or engages in fraudulent behaviour.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with these competitions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of administering the competition.
11. Social Media
These promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Any questions or comments regarding the promotion should be directed to Lucky Ducky Prizes, not to the relevant social media platform.
12. General
- Lucky Ducky Prizes reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend any competition at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
