Every Lucky Ducky draw is conducted live on our Facebook and Instagram pages using Wheel of Names — a free, publicly available random selection tool. You can watch every draw happen in real time. No editing, no tricks.
Winners are contacted by phone or email within 48 hours of the draw using the details provided at entry. Results are also published on our social media pages after each live draw.
Tickets are non-refundable once a draw has taken place. If a draw is cancelled before it occurs, all ticket purchasers receive a full refund. Refund requests before the draw date are considered case by case — email [email protected].
All Lucky Ducky draws are open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Lucky Ducky Prizes Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Once a winner is confirmed, Lucky Ducky Prizes will work directly with them to book flights and accommodation at their chosen city. The $2,500 cash component is transferred directly to the winner's bank account. Travel must be taken within 12 months of the draw date.
Yes. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a globally trusted payment provider. Lucky Ducky Prizes never stores your card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and uses industry-standard encryption.
